Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work? 

Answer: When you decide that you want to purchase one of our properties, you simply fill out an application.  If approved, you'll need to provide proof of income (showing that you can afford it) and we will work to get you approved through our private financing.  Once approved, we can close on the property and it's all yours ! 

Question: How much down payment do I need? 

Answer: The more the better. Typically it is part of the "scoring" process in the loan application approval.  10% down is a good rule of thumb to plan for. 

Question: How do I make my monthly payments? 

Answer: We will be using a loan processor, where your loan will be serviced professionally and you can make payments through them.  They will manage and track your payoff balance, your interest and principle payments, as well as handle the escrow on the account for taxes and insurance.
